Darlene Percell- Paralegal

Darlene Percell has been with our company for over twenty-four years.  She works as the paralegal and secretary to Steven J. Greene, and also provides support to the other members of our team. Darlene uses her multitasking skills, her customer service experience and her thorough attention to detail to provide support to our attorneys and clients. From complex foreclosures to simple quit claim deeds, she is involved from beginning to end. Darlene assists clients by drafting deeds, mortgages, restrictions, etc., managing the paperwork process and she is integral in evaluating client’s needs.  Darlene enjoys family time, nature, reading and cooking, and she especially enjoys her two dogs, Tucker and Biggles.
